Mr. Newberg retired from the Buffalo CBS network affiliate at the end of 2015, after serving the station for thirty-seven years in various roles including main anchor, reporter and documentarian. Title A name given to the resource Capozzi : Wrongly Convicted Description An account of the resource In one of the great miscarriages of justice a Buffalo man was wrongly convicted in 1995 of two rapes and served more than twenty years in prison before he was exonerated. Capozzi, who suffered from schizophrenia, always had the support of his family, who never gave up on the hope that his name might someday be cleared. In this special investigative report, Capozzi's story is told, along with the capture of the true rapist and killer, Altemio Sanchez.
